Most of my pain comes from my lower back area. I usually spend about 5 hours a day, 5 days a week on Mturk doing hits. I tend to slouch over a bit when working for long periods of time and i start to feel pain in my lower back. Sometimes i place a small pillow on the chair for cushioning and to remind me not to slouch over. Every hour i try to get up and stretch my back and legs a bit but sometimes i get so caught up i could spend a few hours without doing so and i often regret it.

Computer on table next to sleeping bag and couch

I have fairly severe stress on my right wrist, from doing my work on a computer all day long. Sometimes i wear a wrist support that relieves some pressure, but it doesn't ever completely get rid of the pain. I also have some minor eye strain and vision loss due to the harmful blue glow that comes from computer screens.

I currently suffer from neck pain. It is likely this is due to how much time I spend working on a computer, much of it spent sitting with poor posture. I have issues with the range in motion in my neck. If I move it in a certain direction I can feel some pain, this is likely a nerve being pinched. I intend to visit a chiropractor for this pain very soon.

I work the majority of time on Mturk. I essentially sit on a computer all day looking for work. Once I actually find the work things are smooth sailing, but it certainly gets frustrating looking for work.

I usually turk from the time I wake up (around 6AM) throughout the day until I go to bed. I stop during the day to do things like pick my kids up from school, laundry, cook dinner, etc., but when I am not doing anything else, I am turking. I have a lot of pain in my wrist and I believe it is from using the mouse all day. Sometimes I try to prop the mousepad up onto books so that the position of my arm changes and it helps a little bit, but I think I may have developed carpal tunnel after years of turking. The pain is bearable, but very noticeable. I feel the urge to move my wrist around in circles to try to help it feel better, but that doesn't really do anything to help

In the future, everyone is an entrepreneur.

Everyone starts companies, pivots them. Talks in the language of lean startups. Everyone knows what startup metrics are. Everyone wears their vision on the forehead. Their mission on their t-shirts.

Today was an interesting day for me. I work in a small company and was returning from a health issue. I manage several people and felt a warm welcome back. I met with my boss and we had a nice long conversation about things that I have missed, and how my recovery has been going. It was a pleasant meeting, but long. At the office I very quietly run a HIT finder in the background to monitor mTurk for $2 or greater HITs. If I don't get them, I add them to a catcher and monitor my queue. I have a personal goal of $10 per day in turk work. This is supplemental income I use to reduce debt. I can live on my salary, but with two kids and a house and cars and college and health care bills and other debt - $10 a day of extra money goes a long way if used properly! I was not able to hit my goal at work proper - which is normal because I don't want to distract from my job. I ALWAYS take an explicit break to complete a HIT that I am able to get. Regardless, I got about $6 in small tasks today. After getting home and playing with my son for a while, I was about to grab another $15 as the evening progressed. In the end it was a very good day.

IN THIS CIRCUMSTANCE I'M WORKING WITH FULL ENERGY. TODAY ITSELF WE ARE GETTING UNSTOPPABLE POWER. SOON I WILL DECORATE MY ROOM WITH COLORFUL FLOWERS AND NEEDED THINGS OF THE ROOM. IT WILL PUT A WALL CLOCK ON THE TOP RIGHT CORNER. AND A WATER POT NEARBY THE ENTRANCE AND A DUSTBIN IN THE CORNER OF THE ROOM. AND A ROOM STICK WHICH USED TO CLEAN THE ROOM AND 3 SETS OF COMPUTER WILL SETTLE DOWN IN THE ROOM FOR MY FUTURE PURPOSE.

My office looks out towards my street and directly at my neighbor's house. They haven't kept things great over the years, but they are good people. This week they happen to be getting their roof done. I am happy for them and it makes me think that maybe I need the same thing to be done to my place. Looking more at the picture I realize how lucky we are - my neighbors and myself. We live on a nice little dead end street in a quiet neighborhood and have a wonderful group of people to share that with. We are all truly privileged to be here - even though we all also work hard to maintain it. Our fortune is something that we share together.

I had a good morning today. I was able to finish up the removal of the kitchen floor from the home I am renovating/restoring. I pulled up the vinyl floor and wooden sub-floor and was rewarded with a much nicer floor underneath. The work was somewhat painstaking because the prior workers used an electric or gas powered staple gun and felt like they needed to put in a staple every two inches. I don't think they would have used as many if they were putting them in by hand. Unfortunately, the only way for me to get them out was one by one, and by hand. I have a full container of staples; even though I would like to know how many, I am fairly certain that I am not going to count them.

You will only see a small section of the green and airy outdoors, since my room window panels are really long and thin. But despite this, and the fact that it's getting dark, having a window in the same room where I do not only turking and other important things that's connected to the outdoors, is really important to me. I feel the connection of the outdoors from the cool wind and the sunshine that radiates within. It makes this dull soild walled room into something habitable.

It also reminds me of the fact that countries like mine, aren't so cut off from the natural world like others like the U.S., in those big grand cities. I enjoy the connection and presence of nature, and that calming essence it brings. This helps me to concentrate when turking.

Today has been a typical day. I woke up this morning and made a small breakfast. I went for 1 30 minute bike ride to get some exercise and when I returned I knocked out some hits on mturk. There's a new batch I've been doing today that pays somewhat well. Hopefully they become a consistent poster. I also spend some time today day dreaming about my future. Is it too late to go back to school and learn a trade that I can make a comfortable living off of. Just a day dream, but these dreams are often when you spend so much time alone. You reflect on a lot of your decisions. This is why I try to stay busy with exercise or anything that keeps my mind from racing

Work today was good. It is Friday, so the atmosphere is a lot more relaxed. My mind is mostly preoccupied about thing I am going to do on the weekend. I feel like there are a lot of things going on that I need to be a part of. I think that after work I am going to go to a bar and get a drink and some fried food. Im thinking about asking one of my coworkers to join me, since they seem like they would be fun to be around. In any case, I think things will turn out okay.

Today was a normal day more or less but I did have to deal with a minor issue part way through the day. I was just working and minding my own business and bam Comcast had another outage like they always seem to have. This affected all the other turkers that I knew that had Comcast as well and we had to scramble to switch to our mobile hotspot backups to be able to keep working. After awhile a few of us tested it and Comcast came back up but this was an annoyance in the day that I really could have done without.

I would like to share my experience which held today in my day to day life. Today I woke up early morning in order to move for a temple because today is Friday the day which is very auspicious in our beliefs, after moving there I bought flowers and auspicious things to devote God. Then I left from there and moved to my favorite hotel there I had a breakfast and coffee. I came to home after finishing prayer and break fast there I suppose had an worst conversation with family members regards money which makes more trouble in everybody life.
